Give yourself the gift of coaching!
Beth coaches individuals to navigate life transitions with grace and ease while discovering themselves and their purpose. Beth also helps mindfulness practitioners to take their mindfulness “off the cushion'' and apply it in all aspects of their lives. She helps build communities that connect more deeply, have fun together, and hold space equitably. Finally, she helps healers, educators, and world changers to focus and solve problems creatively, so they overcome obstacles and build successful inclusive collaborations.
Beth uses interactive, authentic, and joyful practices to foster self compassion and help people develop connected, empowered relationships.
Coaching is a collaboration in which we'll uncover your inherent wisdom, build skills, and learn practices to gain insight and compassion. You'll get deeper understanding and create more profound, lasting changes. You'll learn more about how to problem solve independently in the long run.
Are you ready to dive deep, get mindfully present, and transform your relationship with yourself and others?
Set up a free 60 minute call to clarify what you're seeking, and set the foundation for our coaching relationship. From this experience we'll determine the next steps toward achieving the results you want. The typical coaching engagement is 90 days. Monthly payment plans are available.

In the span of a few months, Beth helped me get to the heart of issues that I’ve been grappling with for years. My whole life I’ve defined myself through the eyes of others – a daughter, a wife, the mother of a child with special (and constant) needs, a self-employed lawyer – but between the expectations of others and a serious case of ADHD, it left me with no real clear sense of self. With “mid-life” fast approaching, I thought, “maybe this is as good as it gets”, and that if I hadn’t figured myself out by now, it was “too late.” I was destined to feel like a fraud, like someone who didn’t really belong, like I was never quite good enough. Beth helped me uncover the “real me” and once I did, everything else seemed to fall into place. My relationship with others has improved as my relationship with myself has come into focus. Naturally, life still throws curveballs, but I feel more grounded and have strategies to better able to handle those instead of falling back into old, self-defeating patterns. Thank you so much Beth!
